Things I Love Thursday: Bags, Books and Blank Calendars
If you're reading this, then CONGRATS! You're a survivor of 2020, the holidays, and five weeks of the local radio station playing Christmas Shoes.
Based on the happenings of yesterday, though, I'm not sure if living to see another day is a good thing or not. Good grief.
I've trained my mouth to not say what it always wants to and instead have starting substituting all the words I shouldn't say with a three letter word that's not actually a word but more of a sound. Here it is:
Feel free to use it. It has saved me a lot of trouble.
Anyhoo, Happy New year.
I hope that the 2020 gift guides helped you out of some gift giving jams. They surely were fun to put together but iaintgonnalie, coming back to THINGS I LOVE THURSDAY seems like a breeze. I think I developed an astigmatism putting the little numbers on all of those gift guide collages.
Blah blah blah...
Let's roll out with the first TILT post of 2021!
Same rules as before. LINKS ARE IN PINK below!
Over dinner one night, Keisha nonchalantly mentions that she wrote a book at the end of 2019 and was about to have it published. A wife, mother of three beautiful daughters, therapist, business owner, devoted daughter and friend...and now author. To say I am proud is an understatement, but I am also so grateful for the tools laid out in this book.
If you feel like you're consistently running on empty, then this is for you. Learn to fill your spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional tanks not just to go on your merry way, but so you can be there for others, and thrive when life throws you a curveball.
My gym bag was smelling like sweaty yuckiness so I needed a new one.
Cotopaxi will never let you down.
Great quality, fun colors.
This one can be carried as a backpack, but also has a handle and a shoulder strap for those who prefer.
I'm sure it will eventually smell like crap, too, but it won't be the bag's fault.
My friend told me about some Lululemon dupes on Amazon. Even sent me the link. Yet somehow I still ordered the wrong ones.
These are the same brand but a different legging. These don't have the cell phone pocket like the ones she sent to me, but nevertheless, I love them.
Thin material that doesn't show through when you drop it like a squat.
Snug enough to stay up when you run, but don't give you a muffin top.
Lots of color and pattern options.
If you follow me on stories, you've seen this book posted the past few days. I love Cleerly Stated and all of the products I have gotten from them.
Eye pleasing. Good message. The Word.
Gang's all here!
This one stays in my car and I've been flipping a page every day. I love the action prompts it suggest for you. Time to walk the walk, people!
I got this at Gigi's Boutique, my favorite shop in Bluffton.
Camo + color + neoprene + rope handles + enough room for all of my things + zipper top to keep all of my things from dumping in my floorboard
= THE PERFECT BAG!
Before you click the link, see that this color is sold out, and want to throat punch me, please note that there are other colors available and that Gigi's continues to receive more bags.
The best every day purse I have had in years. I love it.
Not super fun, but for our family, super necessary.
I've shared this one before, but tis the season of new calendars and beginnings and thankfully/hopefully school events and sporting events happening again.
Easy enough! Welcome back, y'all!
What are you loving today???
